Effective: 6 November 2026
IMPULSUS ADS provides third-party services to Amazon sellers. The principles below describe how access and information handling should be approached in our client engagements. Specific technical controls and incident-response commitments must be documented and verified in the applicable engagement and internal procedures.
Authorized access
Access to Seller Central, Vendor Central or advertising tools should be granted by the account owner through the platform's authorized user-management and permission workflows. Only access relevant to the contracted services should be requested. Sellers should avoid sharing personal login passwords.
Purpose limitation
Seller information should be used only to perform agreed services, support client communication and satisfy applicable obligations. Buyer personal data should not be requested for advertising, SEO, creative production or other work where it is not needed.
Confidentiality
Business reports, product plans and account information provided by clients should not be published or reused as testimonials or case studies without suitable permission. Client identifiers are intentionally excluded from this website's historical performance examples.
Incident reporting
If unauthorized access, a data leak or another suspected security incident affects Amazon information, the incident must be assessed, contained and escalated promptly in accordance with the applicable Amazon requirements, legal obligations and the actual documented incident-response plan. This website does not claim security certifications or specific controls that have not been independently verified.
Account relationship
Amazon account owners retain control over their accounts and can review or revoke third-party access through available platform controls. Engagement-specific contracts should define permitted tasks, personnel access and offboarding responsibilities.
